SKY-HY ADULT DAY CENTER

Sky-Hy Adult Day Center is located in the beautiful tranquil hills of Topsham, Maine.  It offers a caring, nurturing environment with services for the elderly and other adults in need of assistance with social, spiritual, recreational, nutritional and personal care.

Our goal is to foster independence and self esteem through care and interaction utilizing structured activities that are fun as well as therapeutic.

Our program offers family members support in meeting the needs of caring for loved ones and coping with the daily challenges associated with adult health care.

We offer you and your family an open wholistic environment where adult members are unobtrusively supervised as they participate in their activities.  Not only are they encourage to help themselves but also to help and encourage other members.

SCHEDULE:

  • Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 7:30am – 3:30pm
  • Closed Tuesday & Thursday
  • Closed major holidays

SERVICES INCLUDE:

  • Daily Transportation
  • Hot nutritious meals and snacks
  • Health monitoring by RN/LPN
  • Recreation, including games and arts & crafts
  • Socialization
  • Motor and Memory skill building
  • Low Impact Exercise and Stretching
